Thoughts about moving to Oki...

Hi everyone, I finally have the chance to write. You all will be glad to know that Lupe is back in Okinawa, Japan. He got there on April 2nd. Basically we are all waiting for things to settle down over there and for him to get situated and stuff like that. Hopefully he will be in Las Vegas to pick us up in May. Don't know exact date yet, but definitely looks good for May. We just need to get housing and the girls registered in school.

Dezi is especially excited that her daddy is coming to get us soon. Like I said, Daddy's little girl. Lupe already has forewarned me about seriously spoiling her when he gets back, which is really a good thing I guess. She really needs to be spoiled by him. Sometimes I feel bad because Sydney takes up a lot of my attention and when we go out, we sometimes have to cut things short. That's when I really feel bad for Dezi. I'm just glad that she understands and takes it very well. She's been so good in understanding.

As for me, I'm looking forward in experiencing a new place with new people. I'm just so glad that the Garza's are there. Makes it feel a little more like home. They are our close family friends who are now more family than friends.

I'm a little scared, but excited all at the same time. I haven't been too far from my family and this will be the first time. My family and I are very close. My dad still calls me his baby doll which of course I still like hearing. My Mom and I were sitting around the table the other day just talking about how she will miss our little girls and realizing that the next time they see them, they will be a lot older. Mom and Dezi have been bonding the last couple of days which is so cute. I caught them dancing downstairs to oldies music. My mom was teaching Dezi a routine. Dezi started dancing and singing. It was the cutest thing. So basically, when Dezi gets the chance she's been asking my mom to teach her how to dance and to sing.
